If you look less attractive than you did ten years ago, if you feel less confident about your looks, health or vitality, or if you would like to enhance your health and attractiveness, then you are likely to benefit from our positive thinking tools for rejuvenation.
Positive thinking for rejuvenation is the power that allows you to look ten years younger without Botox or surgery. In addition, it allows you to enjoy vitality on emotional, mental, sexual and spiritual levels.
Positive thinking for rejuvenation is infinite youth power. This power is innate. It uses thought to cause the reversal of the ageing process in a deliberate manner. When it is applied systematically, the results are dazzling. It is this type of infinite youth attitude that makes it possible for you to look and feel great at any age. This then flows over into all facets of life.
This thought power is a gift to us. Its value depends on use and practice. No-one can do it for you except you yourself. Turning to Botox or surgery may give you a lift on the outer, but the opportunity to use your innate rejuvenation power is wasted. You easily become lazy with the mind and you fail to utilise its full potential.
Positive thinking for rejuvenation can help lift your self-esteem, solve health problems and make you look ten years younger. This innate rejuvenation power is unique to you and me and it is our privilege to use and benefit from it. Below, I will share with you, three specific techniques.

1. Have youth consciousness
Powerful and lasting changes come with consciousness change. So it is essential to adopt youth consciousness. Youth consciousness can be nurtured by having infinite youth thoughts.
Thoughts have creative power, whether they are conscious or unconscious.
Some thoughts reflect ageing. Some thoughts reflect infinite youth.
The first step to creating deliberate youth is having deliberate youth thoughts.
What are deliberate youth thoughts? They are thoughts that reflect an empowering youth attitude and outcomes. Thoughts like:
• I am divinely youthful.
• I am nourished by the Spirit within; every cell in my body is filled with light.
• I can slow down the ageing process.
• I am beautiful inside and out.
• I love an exciting and healthy sex life.
• It is my birthright to feel confident and attractive, and look youthful and beautiful at any age.
If you hold those youth possibilities in your consciousness for a long enough time and regularly enough, they will form patterns in your thoughts, which will feed into your subconscious mind. Florence Scovel-Shinn said that 90% of creation is done on the subconscious level.
2. Be deliberate
Nature gives us youth genes and hormones to help us grow and sustain life. After the age of 35 or 40, they become significantly weaker. Youth then becomes a matter of nurture. Deliberate efforts are required to cause deliberate rejuvenation. The ageing process can be slowed down via deliberate youth thoughts and habits.
Deliberate youth thoughts communicate with the cells in the body. Because cells have intelligence, they respond to what you think and believe, and impress on the subconscious mind. Modern genetic studies on identical twins show that even identical twins can look non-identical after a lengthy period of patterns of thoughts caused by lifestyles and experiences.
This is exciting news because nurture can cause difference on what Nature gives us. This is scientific evidence on the power of thought. If you have deliberate youth thoughts, they will cause rejuvenation of cells and train your cells to think and behave accordingly.
So be deliberate with your youth thoughts, beliefs and habits. They are free. They don’t cost you a cent. Learn powerful ways to anchor these thoughts. Have daily affirmations. Create youth habits. And if you feel playful, sex them up. Even as you are reading this, you are being deliberate.
3. Be consistent
Being deliberate with youth thoughts can cause rejuvenation, but rejuvenation won’t happen if you are not consistent with your deliberate thoughts and habits. Consistency is the effort that gets you results.
I remember there was a period in my life when I was going through divorce, coping with the grief of losing my parents and worried about not having enough money to pay the bills and my mortgage. I was struggling. but I knew I had to keep healthy for me, my son and my other loved ones.
I would begin each day with my own Health and Youth Stretching Affirmations. For those few minutes at least I would train my mind to centre on health and rejuvenation. I saw no apparent results for months, but I kept doing it.
After some 12 months, I began to feel a level of health that was not familiar to me. Then at the age of 46, I felt I was peaking in health and libido, which took me by surprise. I was surprised even more when I experienced a higher level of health and libido the following year, and then the following year again. I continued, and still do, to incorporate more and more mind rejuvenation techniques. Now at 49, I am blessed that the same trend continues, and I look younger and more attractive than I did ten years ago.
Cells are renewed every 11 months. (The Master Key System, C.F. Haanel, 1916) If you are consistent with your deliberate youth thoughts, habits, anchors, etc., they will begin to take effect on your organs, your skin and your body after 11 months. If you are consistent and persistent for another 11 months, your cells will begin to mould your organs and body. This causes reversal of ageing. This is an effective way to tap into infinite youth power.
