Holistc Art Workshops held on a weekly basis for teenagers and adults $10 per session.

Held in peaceful and nurturing environment, facilitated by qualified Holistic Counsellor, Piano Teacher and established Artist.  

Sessions are about empowering, releasing, clarifying, validating, reflection.  Session begins with short meditation followed by meditation-inspired art-work (using different mediums) on a different topic each week, concluded with consentual sharing of artwork and reflection by the group.  Held in a private studio which emits an energy of creativity and spirituality.
