I am a qualified counsellor and art therapist, my aim is to offer you a safe place to explore your life, to bring relief from stress and worries, clarity regarding your problems and direction in your life. Exploring how you feel and what you really think can help you to solve conflicts and get insights into your inner self; you can then better understand what the forces that make you go are. I am here for you, to facilitate a deeper understanding of yourself, to help you feel empowered, relaxed and to assist you in bringing about the change you want to have in your life. I am offering a non-judgmental, empathic environment for us to work together, using different modalities such as Client-Centred therapy, Gestalt, Art and Sand Play therapies, Reiki and Theta Healing. These techniques do not require any previous experience or talent from your side. They are simply tools for a better communication with different parts of your mind and a journey of self discovery, to allow you to find the answers within.
