Learning to love yourself is the ‘Greatest Love of All’, proclaims the beautiful classic pop song. When we hear this song, we instinctively agree, yet how many of us dare to actually put this idea into practice? Louise Hay says: “Loving yourself is the most powerful thing we can do.”

There is still a huge, completely unjustified, stigma attached to the concept of self-love. Imagine the reaction if you told a stranger, ‘I really love myself’. Well, I am willing to start the ball rolling, by declaring to you that I love myself very much. I fell deeply in love with myself in 1999, and since then I have had much more love to share with others. My simple, powerful challenge to you is to start really loving yourself from this moment onwards.
