Being ‘in love’ is an indescribable high. However, sincerely loving someone, opening your heart, is a very vulnerable act. If love goes wrong, it can leave you open to unbearable pain. Many people are so afraid of hurting, they won’t even let themselves fall in love.

What if we could learn to love like a newborn? Imagine a love where we could give of ourselves fully, without fear of what might come, if we could be in the moment and expressing our emotions without apprehension. I think love is all about being vulnerable. Sure you need to take a chance – but isn’t the greatest feeling on earth worth that?
